Ahoy shipbuilders! Anchors away for the second annual Bubbler Regatta! Create your own mini vessels from recycled materials, test their seaworthiness, and race against your friends down our raingutter course – you may have to supply your own wind. Attorney Chris Schmidt from Boardman, Clark & May will be explaining what power of attorney and payable on death really mean, and why it is important that you know the difference. As difficult as it is, these are things that you want to have in writing before you actually need them.

Adaptive Chair Yoga with Jody Alexander

The class will focus on Yoga-informed exercises that are adapted to sitting in chairs. It is designed specifically for adults with mobility issues, but anyone can join! Participants will experience the benefits of body/core awareness, flexibility and well-being at whatever level of mobility is most comfortable for them. Please register for each session separately.
